All of our pizzas are made from fresh dough that has risen for a minimum of 8 hours, and are wood fired in a real italian brick oven. Also, Our sauce is made from premium imported tomatoes from San Marzano valley in Italy, and we finish our pies with premium buffalo mozzarella, flown in fresh. All of our pizzas also contain D.O.P certified extra virgin olive oil.
